To make a claim under your policy, you should immediately email us at claims@universalig.com or report it to your insurance intermediary. Please provide details of your name, address and policy number which will enable us to email you a claim form together with an explanation of our claims process.
Once we are in receipt of the completed claim form and the documentary evidence to support your claim, we will look to validate your claim and promptly provide you with the financial settlement due to you.
